was looking at Em in the west....wanted to view ur unit one sat..called up that agent, but he say sold already...then i went to view another unit behind the polyclinic on the 12th floor, put it as 2nd choice...but eventually din offer as we decided first preference would still be clementi/west coast, which is much nearer to my mum...

Saw your signature on the aircon... Are you looking for a specific brand only? Coz mine is from IMM GC for Mit Sys 4 invertor (4 x 9k btu, for rooms only). Including the ext warranty of $399, it's abt $3950 or $3900. Is yr quote inclusive of the ext warranty?

i was initially looking for a system 4 (3 rooms and 1 hall)..but only mit and daikin has this for my house...was quoted abt 2800 for daikin (non-inverter) and about 3850 for mit inverter...

was convinced by the aircon guy (not GC) yuesterday that i dun need a non-inverter,..so now considering whether i even need to aircon the living hall or not...or should i just get a mit system 3....non-inverter, same as my current house....

din get to view 336, coz u were very fast to secure the deal....haha..but did managed to view blk 333 and blk 340 (the blk just behind the polyclinic)...

how much COV did u pay for your flat? the 340 blk's val as 330k, no asking...at that point in time...but also need to revamp the whole house..consition not as good as urs...

cos we sold our place liao mah...moreover, this 336 unit, love at first sight we almost wanted to buy 471 JW but becos of the aftn sun.....so we didn and moreover, i still prefer to stay in JE....

the pics are not well taken, thus cannot reflect the real color and texture of the tiles...

Is your bedroom tiles; the glossy white tiles anti-stains? cos we used to have similar glossy homo tiles, but my dogs' urine will leave a stain if we did not clean up the urine asap......

the glossy white tiles are for living and dining, the red sticker there says anti-stain....will i have problems?

coz i usually dun see the pee until some time later...hehe..

i am not too sure either....i checked with Hafary staff, they claimed that it will not be stained....but we were not very convinced as dogs' pee are acidic....
