now they spend their daytime at my family home cos of the upgrading...single lift is siong plus noisy works

if you hack the kitchen wall at the foyer, you can consider shifting the toilet entrance to the dining area !!

for washer and dryer, maybe you want to consider mounting one on top of another?

for your bedroom, it's kinda difficult to comment coz no pix

don't know where got funny beams or distance from door to wall etc

but i guess your bed can only be at the wall without window or door

initially going to buy simmons glendale....then stroll over to king koil, realised the prices are cheaper by 1k..thought no need to spend so much ...so went for kk instead...that 1k saved will be used to buy bed frame .....

you got to try it to see if u like it, most important is whether its comfortable for you as you be spending 6-8 hours a day on it

me also from west coast! my mum also at west coast. yr layout is exactly the same as my mum's. her kitchen is a little dark too. u probably can knock down the walls, maybe open concept?

i would love to knockdown the wall, but that would compromise on my kitchen storage..and there is a column there (in the middle of nowhere) that cannot be hacked, thus.....would you be able to claify which wall did your neighbour knock down?

guess the balcony will be my little babies' play area for the time being..planning to get some kids' tables and chairs...to put at that corner...coz its full height windows, will be bright enough...
