Where To Buy Onkyo Dr-s501 Receiver

Any idea where can I get the Onkyo DR-S501? Currently I know the entire HTiB LS-V501 (SGD 1499) consists of receiver (DR-S501) and speakers (HTP-501), but I am only interested in the DR-S501 and I wanna use other speakers to match it.

Let me know if anyone knows where I can get it and price if possible. Thanks!

Normally is cheaper to get the entire HTiB, the retail shop wont sell u separate cos who will wan to buy the speaker then.

If you have ur own speakers why not jus get their AV receiver (TX-SR605) will do. Hee..hee dont knw ur budget.

Hi Cantona, thanks for the info. As my tv console's compartment for player/ receiver is not vey high or tall, SR605 will not be able to fit into it... that's why I'm looking at this onkyo all in one receiver. Any suggestion for a "not so tall" receiver? hehehe

Hi how high/tall is your TV console compartment? Most AV receivers are at a min 171mm height.

Maybe you post a pix of your TV console, let's see where we can help.

HI Vince, thanks for your help. I have found where to purchase the receiver only liao.... most likely going to match it with miniPod speakers. Tested this combination at KEC.... the speakers are nice looking, so my OC says ok! hehehe....
