Monkey 0 Report post Posted April 18, 2008 (edited) !! yest just found him and ID resend the drawing to the hdb office Mr k***he today call us,the wall APPROVED!!next wed can do the hacking!!!!!!! waste our time..in waiting 2week..within a day..he said ok to hacking!! So what is the story..call them our OWN!!!(if can find the officer )As owner more powerful?finally the wall going to hack ,,but only next week...hope everything will go smooth ah........ ,Congrats U finally got yr permit. I also got my permit just yesterday. According to them, the contractor who submit did not put the word doorway in one of the walls to be hack so was lying there n not processed. Wonder if they use the same excuse every now and then... Owner definitely more powerful... according to my ID, most of the time the owner start to get upset and things will start moving... wenniee 0 Report post Posted May 3, 2008 me finally back ..hee..kinda of lazy since move back to parents house!! the house ..the wall have been down..so happy.. and 1st bedroom wall have been up.. but got BAD news!!argh...... my windows have to check and approve by the PE.mean i have to spend another aleast $1k for it!!so sien!! the kitchen base have been done.and the tiles on the floor..is the same color with the wall..hee. same color... the kitchen seem like cave . wenniee 0 Report post Posted May 3, 2008 ..money spending... what have been spend... a basin for the masterbed room toilet..the jin yuan boa feel!! have ask the ID to do my vanity top like this.. hope will come out nice as the picture shown.. the common toilet basin..will do a normal vanity top too.. a free shower head set from ID.. for the common toilet but we have to buy a shower head set for the masterbedroom toilet.. then lights .. we spend out of our budget!! argh....total spending is $2800!!! some of the lights we bought. for the masterbedroom toilets 2 of this for kitchen... a small lights for the washing area... for the common toilet...kinda of XXX for it.. and other is 2 rooms lights masterbedroom bed side lights and other.......spending and more spending...... next week..will doing the lights and wood flooring Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

AS ID of mine DIDNT do anything!! all things have been keep redo as he didnt up the house to do any follow or see!!!!! no help me chose paint color,carpentry color,layout,measurement also i tell the man.. changing lights bubs,cleaning up the rubbish where his man left,tell the piping how to go , tell the elect man how and where to put the lights where should be ,changing washing basin after we find out the basin we bought is too long.. up and down the house to follow up the job doing.. as ID never bother to up the house..only i CALL him.. he up..but stay less than 30sec and left.................... so BLACKLISTED this company!!! AT Toa payoh.. the living art design......... ID:johnny...... everyday up the house is PISS and more what more..he only doing is wet works(till now havnt finish after 2mth) the rest like painting job,i find other people do..AFTER ID said HARD to paint as i want to Paint my false ceiling and inner false ceiling.. now waiting for the carpentry works from him...i will SEE...... (finally up..after i went lights shop and ask them how to install up.as the light guy said this light is for false ceiling wall only!!! then i teach him how to do after the lights shop SA teach me!!!!) lights in kitchen common toliet light havnt up..as the light guy said dont know how even i teach him!!! (told the ID to settle!Finally show up when said $$$) the middle false ceiling...me design..hee..not too bad.. the 2 bedrooms lights... still waiting `ID` to up the bathrooms things!!and do chemical wash!! already 2mth......still havnt done!!!..... wenniee 0 Report post Posted May 24, 2008 hubby job..... lay the wood floor whole unit..but unable to do whole house vanish as `ID`his woks man rubbish still laying on the floor,dont bother to clean up even we already said this date we going to vanish the wood 1st coat!!!! now still waiting him to clean up the Rubbish..so we can vanish the rest of the house.... wenniee 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2008 (edited) diva79 thanks.haha..hubby love this area..his smoking area, florabliss no worry for sugar.he is fine and happy cat now!! i help you to sayang him ah!!meow~~ applefreak yes..really sad to meet this kind of ID!! now house almost things is handle by me. lucky me is not working!if not,i sure been fired by BOSS!!!(as keep taking LEAVE to see the reno!!!!) sugar cant control his Poo/pee..like a baby..when he want to poo,he will keep meow till i help him to clean. oh..anyone have this problem? my kitchen base have been wrong done by that `ID`..in the end,we take it AS dont want to argue with him ..ah.. now the fridge is directly facing the common toliet..can i solved the bad fengshui by placing a door curtain? applefreak 1 Report post Posted May 25, 2008 actually sugar's condition is considered 'good' coz he still can do his business by himself i know some cats whose spinal cord are damaged and they can't do it until the owner does the expression i.e. pressing on the bladder to aid the urination you might have pressed on his bladder when you carry him that's why he peed all over as for the fridge, i think you can cover the common toilet door with a curtain and keep the toilet door closed at ALL times Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I wish I can keep a real cat when my new house is done up. Though HTB like cats, he don't allow for the fear tat the kitty will scratch the household furnishing.
