Just came across this portal. There is so much information here it'll take me a while to digest..

For a start am looking for some help with reno for for my latest acquisition. Does anyone here allow veiwing of their property for me to get some ideas before deciding on what to do and how much to do.

Nobody responded? I suggest you state down the flat types and/or locations. Or drop by any ID shops for their standard packages. I believe they are most willing to show you the flats they are currently doing now to prove their workmanship.

If you are considering Ho Bee, can get Patrick to let you view the units he is renovating now. I think he has at least 10 flats on hand now !!
