Wow your place looks good! The colours are kinda solid, has that kinda chic utlilitarian look. :dribble:

Your living area is longish, what are you going to put on the far end of the living room?

Thanks! So far I kinda like the spacious feeling so do not want to get anything to fill that part.

That's why I hacked one of the rooms so that the living room will be bigger and be less longish.

wats the pro and cons of hving black flooring? can dust be seen obviously?

As we have only just finished the reno, there are many white patches on the black tiles, which need alot of cleaning to remove them.

Our ID has also told us beforehand that we will face this problem.

I don't regret getting these tiles cos i really like the color and soothing feel as compared to the glossy ones but gotta pay a small price to mop the floor regularly.

My friend whose house are off white homogeneous faces staining yellowish problems or stickyness feeling.. so i guess no tile is perfect.

hi hi

how much you bought the dining set?

very nice leh!

Erm... Furniture Mall... I cant remember the name of the shop... -___-

I think is species something...

Anyway they brought a table that doesnt look the same as the one in the picture. Although it is almost the same. So I am waiting to see if they will bring a replacement.

It costs $1900 before discount

ur modern contemp look very nice combo!

can advise where u got ur chandelier?

think with the proper lighting ur hse will still look very bright!

Yeap... it is very cosy with the proper furnishing and lighting.

Both my htb and i just like to linger in the living room.

Forgot where I got the lights..muz check again.. It costs $380 which i feel quite cheap for a simple chandelier,
