Area: Bedok Block 219 -221

1. If you are forumers, please input your suggestion on NEW HDB flat ID and contract.

Who to engage. I am looking into Ho Bee (not ID) for the basic 20K renov at Bedok area.

2. If you are ID, please kindly send me your link photo on idea which is 20K worth.

Will need. I had no idea what i need. But i guess maybe alot of carpentry work?

hey. we have a bedok neighborhood considering block 219-221.

I have not collected my key.

I saw a few house at the area already.

I am collecting quotation now.

Wow, hello neighbour. Can I join? I am in 221C also looking for contractors/IDs. Anybody asked "lobby by the tree" at bedok north block 126? I am surprised by the proximity to our new flats but no mention of them whatsoever.

corrections. 221A, they are still painting the place, looks like i will only be asking contractors to work only in september as August is Chinese 7th month.

suggest read up more on the forums, also, how simple is simple. Contractor is good cause more or less you cut out the middleman. But you need to have loads of patience to coordinate all the work, design ideas as well as my friend rejected Ho Bee's designs and ended up being the 'ID' for his flat. My colleague appointed Ho Bee, initial budget for him was 20K ended up 40+K and this is a contractor (His is a 5 room flat) :) really depends on what you want as well as the materials you choose.

went to Living Home Expo yesterday and pretty interested in Ciseern n Plush Living. But dun seem to have good feedback fm forums.

Friend also recommended *. And now waiting for their quotes.

Artrend's package is very attractive but worried of the quality/workmanship.

Any of you have engaged the ID already?

Wonder what layout do they suggest for the odd shape of the living rm. Have u decide the wall feature to be on the longer or shorter side of the wall? :dancingqueen:
