Your living area looks more nicer with the grey shade. Perhaps you might want to add a touch of carpet/rug & a wall portrait or painting?

Managed to settle our curtains too... Installation to be in 2 weeks time. :dancingqueen:

Next up... will be going to buy fridge and washing machine... Going to make the purchase this weekend if there is enough time to do it...

thanks.. we felt that the living room looks too dull, hence we painted it with something darker. Quite please with the outcome too. Anyway, I will put up the paintings soon... hopefully it will turns out nice.

Well, it's the preparation stage that's tiring. We used masking tape to seal off all the sides. And when the paints dries up...we just remove all the tapes...and hey presto, the sides will be straight and uniform. :notti:

nice home you have. My home is almost done now but still short of window grills, mind sharing how much you pay for your grills?? is it from ID? thanks. :yamseng:

Curtains are finally up during the weekends, but they have forgotten to bring along the MBR curtains...hence they have to come down again to fix it... haiz...so mai fan.... zz

Hi, the damage is ard $1.1k for whole hse... :D

i'm quite satisfied with the result... though they miss out my MBR curtains.... 8|

Sorry hijack your thread for a while.

My curtains also from Jimmy Textiles. All normal curtains, no roller or roman.

But mine is $1469 for living room (half length due to bay window), full length for study room and spare room and full length for mbr (double layer).

Very puzzled JT supposed to be budget but not sure why mine is so expensive?

I was told the fabric I chose is not the high end one.

Mine only living rm is full length, the rest all half.. Was told that if whole hse all curtains, the price ard $700+…

Which JT u went? I went to the main branch… & no further disc given and price based on 1st quote... :unsure:
