No.. no hidden cost at all.. all items are stated clearly in the quotation... item by item all listed properly. any additional that u add on even if the reno had started, they will provide u wif the revised quote.

Finally today our hse reno are fully done and complete... handover today finally after 2 mths of reno works.. Gonna start cleaning up over the weekend before shifting in ..........

I just engaged their service. I must say Uncle Winson is very professional. Although he injured his leg and in cast, he still come down and meet me today (he didnt tell me he is injured) . I feel very touched and have full confidence that he will make sure everything works well for my reno.

Didnt know Uncle Winson is injured.. no wonder only see kelvin running ard cos Gabriel is on reservist... They are all very responsible.. So no worry, ur hse reno will is in good hand..

In general, i'm pleased with the results & their svcs. Kelvin is accomodating & easy going..some of the 'xtras' i 'bully' him into doing:

- installing venetian blinds/cabinets tat i purchased fm ikea/spotlight

- changing broken panel of glass window w/o charge

- replacing laminate chipped by my mover

- additional glass panel for kitchen cabinet at no charge

- exchanging wrong lightings tat i self purchased

- changes to plumbing works w/o charge

As wif all renovation works, thr r hiccups/mistakes but he's always reachable & will arrange for touch up & rectification

my only gripes r probably the plastering works & general cleaning. I'm in a hurry to move in so not much time given for touch up.. but i can live wif tat la

so yes.. add me to the list of Tau supporter

Cos after the 7th mth more hse owners wanted to reno the flat for CNY ma.. Plus Uncle Winson is injured and Gabriel reservist till this weekend so Kelvin running a one man show. Tml he is bringing one of his customer to our hse ..

Not to worry, your hse reno will be in good hand if you engaged Tau... We got no regrets engaging Tau as they really provide good attitude.

Well at the end of day, it is still decision who you wan to engage.

have went to visit uncle winson at his showroom yesterday after my work, a very respondsible guy that we have to respect him very deep in heart.his leg is not fix for him to work at all. but he really show his work repondsiblities at all time. . no comment for his working attitude. hope he recover soon.

No la.. ... I jus happen to be online thus giving them Tau contact no that all.....

For us, we also chance upon this thread created by suagrmeg and saw the good feedbacks that why we decide to give it a try and visit their showroom..... We also went to a few ID company for quotation too.. But shortlisted Tau becos of the good customer service and reasonable quotes.

Credits shld go to those who had are also Tau supporters. You had also started the Reno - t blog to let us see the work done by them too... Without pics, the ppl reading this thread will also have doubts on Tau also ma....
