expensive? depend how you see on the whole picture, at first , me and hubby find it X. but after all, worth paying.good memories with Tau ID during our renovation time.only word to describle is worth it.

Can anyone share with me how is Tau's practice like in terms of payment, perspective drawings etc?

Do they do those space planning, layout drawings n 3D drawings etc before we sign confirmation with them?

Coz what if their designs are not to my taste and I've already signed the confirmation, then how?

soxcotton - are you taking loan? if yes, no cash upfront but you need to get approval for your loan first before reno starts. If you're paying cash, it think the standard is 30%, 30%, 30%, 10%.

Of course, i have friend who negotiate and Tau is pretty flexible about it. Just don't run away hehe
