Recommendations For 5i Flat

Recommended Posts

Hi,

We've just bought a 5I flat and looking around for advices and recommendations.

The floor area is 119sqm and the style we are looking to achieve is a simple resort/ balinese look.

In a nutshell, we mere need to do simple reno, for living room + 3 bedrms (including flooring), kitchen (excluding flooring), toilet (segregation of wet & dry area), balcony and paintwork.

How much do I have to estimate for the reno? Would within $30K be achievable? Any reasonably priced and reliable ID/ contractor to recommend?

Thanks a million!:thumbs up:

hi florabliss

i have also just bought a 5i at 118 sqm...initially, my budget was also 30k, but after getting quotations, it would be more realistic to set my budget at about 40 - 50k, depending on how much frills i want.

i will be redoing everything, except rewiring and changing of the pipes.

flora! It's me xinglin from sgbrides :bleah:

Nice to see you here.

Have you started going around to ask for quotes from Ids?

Maybe you can let them know your budget and see what they advice.

My friend also went to Expo recent Living Luxury fair. Some ID company upfront tell my friend they can't do with her budget wor.

Maybe you can try out asking some of the ID company and check if your budget is realistic a not.
