patsy_sg 1 Report post Posted July 2, 2008 hi Ilmare, the 2 that could understand (or would bother to try to understand) were Stanley from KNQ associates and Lesley from Avantgarde Livin. We ended up with Lesley mainly due to price but both of them really stood out because they could visualize what I wanted them to do and more importantly, design something that incorporated all of our current furniture. I called some of them and even sent the floor plan and a brief to a lot of ID's but quite a number of them replied that the job was too small and they weren't interested!! BunBun 5 Report post Posted July 2, 2008 For a few pices, it amounts to like a couple hundreds per shelf. Not cheap also. Could spend that kind of money for shelves that can hold many things instead IMHO. If im you, I will plonk my $$$ for something like 3-5 tier designer shelf type if i want something designer in terms of looks & function. But if not for the looks, then can spend on something less ex and still serves its function? Tell me about it. I having 2nd thoughts too.

darrenelle 0 Report post Posted July 2, 2008 Evov Sofa i love love the colour purple. the actual sofa came in grey tones, beige, red..the usual colours. called the lady and asked if it can be custom-made in purple fabric and the answer was yes. although my heart is set on this, we are still deliberating whether the price is worth it. FH dont seem too keen though. Is that the Grid from Evov?! It looks gorgeous in Purple! It's indeed costly. But it's defy worth getting! Go for it!

The kitchen cabinets bottom laminates has to be replaced cos the contractors installed them with vertical grains instead of horizontal grains that we have requested. I don't have much photos with me now except for a couple taken from my hp : Our bookshelf @ dining area We ended up choosing white laminates for the internal shelvings. The cove lights @ living room Well..thats all folks ! More updates later ! Edited July 31, 2008 by strychnine
