i have also sourced quotes from a contractor which is highly recommended here and the quote comes up to about the same with above ID...in this case, a ID will be better since ID will do the 3D drawings, color coordination etc??

Sounds reasonable to me too. Jus tat u need to clarify the tiles P.S.F, no of colors for painting, acid wash, & clearing of debris & haulage. Most importantly, ask if theres any more hidden costs u shd b aware of.
