me almost in the end stage of my reno hunt..however i am abit clueless on how i can make a good bargain out of my reno quotation. So far, i have not even started bargaining on price reduction or free items at all. Basically just removing alot of items from my initial requirements.

So far the ID has hinted that GST can be absorbed..but i was hoping for more... :)

If I really cant get the price reduced further :yamseng: , anyone can kindly help advise me what items can I try to get my ID to FOC throw in?? :)
