spiff 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2008 (edited) Hi everyone, Mine is a 5I old flat was quoted marble polishing (Dry) for living/dining room, 3 bedroom and 1 study room. I was told Italy powder and polish system $1200 and China powder and polish $800 only. I was told Italy poilsh they give 10 year warranty and China 1 year warranty. They claim taht hey have good follow up and after sales service and not like low quote type that gives shine for only 2 years.... after that you have to repolish and spent $$$ again Another polisher quoted me only $550, no warranty, no mention of what type of polish. Lippage removal using metal disc grade #1.#2 (depending which supplier they purchase from.) 2. Grinding& Honing (Resin disc from #50, 100,200,400 and 800) 3. Marble Polishing Powder ( subjected to supplier, prices varies from country and margin) What type of warranty? surface will not etch? Prices subjected to Experience and workmanship.
