Does anyone know what is the meaning of 'Contra'? I saw some advertise that they selling their flats, and they put down 'can contra'. What does that means? What are the benefits for doing contra in selling and buying of flats? Thanks

Think that means owner can wait... so after buying that unit, you can take time to sell your unit and still do the transaction together on the same day. Then you don't have to get a bridging loan (high interest) to cover the few months gap.
