euph0bear 0 Report post Posted April 17, 2008 (edited) where is this area of the MBR??Look at my floorplan, I shifted the MBR door further out (away from the living area) , making space for a wardrobe at the area between the MBR door and toilet. euph0bear 0 Report post Posted April 18, 2008 your wardrobe looks quite small, is it enough?Yup, it is indeed very small due to the layout of the MBR. If I were to place the wardrobe in the main area with my queen sized bed, there will be hardly any other spaces for other furnitures.

euph0bear 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2008 looks nice, how is the workmanship for the kitchen? The workmanship of the kitchen cabinet was good. During my 1st inspection of the kitchen cabinet, I saw a door not straight and the gap between the other door was too big. I informed my ID and within a day, the fault was fixed. Oh yah... From what I heard from my ID, there was a case of housebreaking in one of the renovating units so all future residents do take care of the security of your flats. groovygenie 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2008 Oh really? Which block was this?Cos I have noticed my padlock has been 'locked' on the opposite side of how i would do it before I left, although house is still bare, and don't know if anything is really missing. I've given HDB screeding contractor and the defects contractor the padlock keys but haven't seen any work done in the house. Very strange....The workmanship of the kitchen cabinet was good. Very strange....I wasn't told which block was it.But I'm sure that they are always outsiders loitering around the renovating flats. If you use key padlock, then it's still okay. For me, I use number padlock so I'm in a riskier situation than you.

euph0bear 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2008 let me guess, near the washing machine section?may i know what is the empty bottom on the right for?Yup, tension_z is right. The sink, which is coming this weekend, is at the other site of the "L", beside the washing machine area. The bottom right hand, with the empty space below, is my dining top. Just bought 2 bar stools today which will form my mini dining area.
