popcorn 0 Report post Posted December 12, 2008 Hi Folks! Haven't follow up on this post for a long time already... Things been safe and good so far. Did manage to get some neighbors (since it's a corridor unit) to lookout for one another. My immediate neighbor just install a cctv recently so my unit got "free" coverage also. =) Yup, good to get insurance on top of the fire one which covers theft also. But I think "force entry" need to be proven for claims. So if a thief knows how to pick locks, does that mean it's not a force entry?! Best is not to have valuables in the house. Thanks again! Diavonex 0 Report post Posted December 12, 2008 A good main door and steel gate with proper locks will normally put off a burglar. Breakin are normally via the windows; it's the weakest link.
