Built In Oven - Gas? & Water Heater Choices

Hi all,

A bit of a duh question : the built-in oven is run by gas piped by City Gas eh?

Also am thinking of choice amongst - Gas / Electric Heater / Storage Tank Heater. Read the forum threads that gas seems to save a bit. But wondering about the safety aspect lor... any comments on that?

Build-in Oven - Electricity

Hood - Electricity

Hob - gas (by Citygas or by gas tank) OR electricity

Heater:

Gas - no more free gas heater from citygas, need hot and cold pipe

Electric Instant - may use more electricity but instant heat, no need hot and cold pipe

Electric Storage - if use often may use less electricity but take 10-15min to heat up, need hot and cold pipe
