Better to calculate yourself the cost for per foot run.

So that when you source for other contractors, you will know the different.

Remember to stick to your finalised items.

is it necessary to calulate the cost for per foot cos a floor plan n on site will differ..

but the quotation is an estimate amount cos some of the items will have it source myself.

my contractor also came to my house to do some measurement.... if i'm not wrong, the measurement on floor plan is all in mm, quotation is more of a guide of how much u be spending and as u start renovation, u probably add in more items...

There are a lot of renovators in the Yishun area.

As for your quotation...

Wetworks:- Cheaper than most renovators I have visited.

Carpentry:- Slightly more expensive

Painting:- Relatively the same

Electrical:- Relatively the same

Some renovators do not charge debris removal and HDB application

Yes, renovator do need to visit site to give the accurate quotation.
