We feel that his electrician didnt do a good job. For our false ceiling, they actually did not measure properly before installing the lights, the alightment were all out... when they come and look at the problem, (we were all ard), they are like hooligans... saying where got out? until they took out a laser indicator to mark the alignment then they keep quiet... hmmm..... think better find your electrician ...

My FSM not bad... reasonable price also... $488 for 4-room... and he will give a detailed report and floor plan drawn out ( in computer format) suggesting placement of furnitures and of cos fortune telling .... and review for 5 years at no extra charge.... we quite like him... so far so good... hopefully wealth and health will imporve after shifting in.... hee...

I bought the bin at suntec from friven...the height is abt 80cm... hee... i bought it at a sale ... after discount is $24.90... usual is $45... we love it too... we called it the bullet waste bin... hee....juz realised we are from the same id company... hee....

Your reno progress is fast and the house is looking good. I like your laminate and glass kitchen door and may be also doing one like yours. However, I am also considering whether will those solid wood with glass insert type be better (though ID said that it will not blend in with bomb-shelter feature). Do you find the opening and closing of your kitchen door easy and smooth?

Hee... thanks... actually mine is solid plywood with laminate finish ... opening and closing is quite smooth (on rollers)... my reno is completed... washing and cleaning of house completed by me and hubby yesterday (**** shiak lol)... feel free to drop by... pm me u want to take a look... overall ideal house workmanship not bad.... i onli have 1 hollow tile...
