The downlights are $28 each... We bought it at Lian Eng electric company. It;s located at kelantan road, blk 30, #01-93.... I think it's double tube.... Wow, your ID is so good to u... so many free gifts... and your reno is cheap... good deal...

In fact the cost of those "Free Gifts" are all factored into the package. !!

We found it too good to be true when we received the quotation and begin to feel a bit worry of the workmanship and hidden costs.

So far the reno had been going quite smoothly and fast, better pray hard on the final look.

thanks for the compliment... Actually we wanted concrete support, but ID missed out that part, and cabinets are already up... so we can only overlay the tiles on the cabinet under the sink... Will try to take pictures and post.... For the wardrobe, it is by per foot run, internal design is up to us... hee...

Today my lightings are upz! but still cannot switch on... dont expect to see nice nice lightings as we are on budget... hee.... our whole house lightings cost onli $740. it's all plain and simple lights... hee... cheapest is $20 and most expensive is $60! hee.... scroll down ....

Went shopping for furnitures yesterday... another burn pocket day...

went to hecom at suntec and bought our sofa, 4 seater L-shaped fabric...

(we bought dark grey and black base)

Sofa bed , this will be placed in the study room

and our kitchen waste bin...

We feel that his electrician didnt do a good job. For our false ceiling, they actually did not measure properly before installing the lights, the alightment were all out... when they come and look at the problem, (we were all ard), they are like hooligans... saying where got out? until they took out a laser indicator to mark the alignment then they keep quiet... hmmm..... think better find your electrician ...
