Tmr gg for ID marathon.. meeting 3 of the IDs.. going to narrow down to less no..

taking up too much time to compare..

tiring thurs..

meeting 3IDs in a day is no joke.. but i think more or less i am narrowed down to 2 choice..

1. an ID whose company is more reputable.. but not much comment on the ID.. (heard she not that good in project management though)

2. an ID whose company is less reputable.. but my fren had her house done by the ID..

the price is almost the same ba.. difference in i think hundred to 1k..

who will u choose?

for one ID, i was quoted 1.4 k for my balcony platform.. and got other quotes was 850++.

When i ask my ID the reason for the high price.. she told me that the laminate used is a special kind. the laminate is 1cm thick.. meant for ppl to step on it..

is it true? anyone with experience with platform?

I was thinking of doing a L-shape kitchen.. but i don't need so much storage space..

hence most prob i will be doing away with one side of the top cabinet.

do you think i need to box up the top portion linked to the cooker?

refer to pic...
