ranval9 0 Report post Posted June 2, 2008 (edited) just got crew cut for donut .. coz i wan to treat his skin ... kinda miss his long soft fur .. but i'm more happy, do my housework with ease now .. no more "flying long furs" ... based on the groomer's checking, all those marks on donut are old wounds from ticks' bites .. all the ticks seems to be dead n dried up ... thanks goodness for using frontline. it seems to work better for donut .. won't risk it anymore .. will be faithfully using it for every mth .. Frontline is for preventing n killing ticks n fleas .. if you bring summer out to play , better to give him a dose per mth aiyo.. he look so much cuter with his short fur!! ya just like my current aviar , he was only 1yr old then .. ran joked that we should keep his fur as short as now .. so that we can do housework at ease .. as oreo hardly shed his fur. :notti:

applefreak 1 Report post Posted June 2, 2008 hi val, maybe you want to consider giving the whole place a frontline-spray sometimes the ticks might be hiding somewhere else that's why the problem might keep coming back i miss donut!!!!  can't wait to see him on 14 Jun
ranval9 0 Report post Posted June 2, 2008 hi val, maybe you want to consider giving the whole place a frontline-spray sometimes the ticks might be hiding somewhere else that's why the problem might keep coming back i miss donut!!!!  can't wait to see him on 14 Jun hmm.. was thinking of doing it asap .. see how my mood tomolo .. havin nite flt to japan. so far, only done the kitchen area as donut came home with the spray 5plus in the evening.. i have to monitor his condition 1st wor ... no promise for 14jun gathering. think by then , his fur would be longer and look more like puppy cut .. haha ... donut still upset with his naked look. took oreo awhile to get use to him too .. surprising oreo never luff at donut's new look, he even sayang donut by licking him everywhere .. which i dun know wan to call oreo silly, sweetie or notti .. as donut has medication over his body. Should come in handy for my baby girl cos she got alot of fur, Summer's fur is not alot as we keep his fur short but my baby girl's fur is quite long & a thick coat somemore. it's best to have for both summer and your girl .. as ticks n fleas are very problemic to clear off 100% once infected ... safer to start now to prevent it .. so cute thanks alot

BunBun 5 Report post Posted June 3, 2008 will check out the medicine for the frontline spray. Btw oreo looks very small beside donut. Donut's new look is acceptable though. would be easier for you or ran to clean any eye s.h.i.t from his eyes too. Hope to see both doggies on 14th June
