Who is your id?

Hi Happy, we have the same ID - Classic Design! Tat's how you got into my unit tat day...

Hi Eternity, pls give me sometime as I need to scan our quote in my office... !!

Hi Alexter, thanks i also hope the end product is like condo! fingers-crossed - we had quite a bit of unique carpentry going on and we hope the carpenters can pull a good one, quite worried about the schedule as we have been held back at least one week plus due to permit for hacking the wall.

Thanks and sorry for the trouble. Can see that you are spending quite a lot. hope to see more pics. :)

NOt a problem especially since we are neighbours and have the same layout, my quote will be more relevant and of use to you... having been in the same position before, i understand the anxiety of having to choose an ID for your long-awaited home...

urmm... actually my reno cost is about $24k to $26k...(still subject to changes) not sure if this is the median range or hi range... i have been asking quotes from "highfliers" such as Unimax, Cissern, ***** etc, but find that they all hover around the $'30K mark and their design and concept seems to be similar... and in my opinion "common" (no offence intended here)

I was about to give up and sign up with one of them when i happen to chance upon a completed unit at my opp block. The ID happen to be inside and I went in for a sneak preview and viola! it just caught me, esp the unique carpentry they use.. pardon me but i've never seen those anywhere before... maybe i suaku..

I dunno wat came over me and my wife and we even gave up our $500 deposit with XXX... :jawdrop:

Pls dun ask me to explain... i jus cant.. call it intuition... or gong tao?

Hello...yes Gina told me that before.

She brought a couple (which happen to be also renotalk forumer and I also know them!) to see.

Too bad, I am unable to view that unit.

Heard that it is very very well renovated!
