prissypris 0 Report post Posted July 13, 2010 hmmm. im taking nestural birds nest from huiji. personally i only take it when i got craving for it. like after a long tiring day at work and i wanna give myself a treat. i read somewhere that it's best to take birds nests on alternate days. and it would be best to take it at night when the body replenishes the body whereby it will be best to absorb all the goodness of the birds nest.
