like when you look at the computer/tv for too long

or use a lot of strength in the hands/arms

that's when the twitches might start

sometimes ticking (a muscle throbbing) occurs without specific reasons

though facial ticks are a symptom of some illnesses, no need to see doc unless it persists and causes you embarrassment
