Renovation Day 19-22 (Re-wiring, Aircon, False ceiling)

It was more re-wiring, installation of aircon and false ceiling for the past few days.

Reno Day 24 (painting - base coat)

Base coating of painting done up for the whole house has been done over the weekend. Holes for downlights are also created. Cooker hob and sinks from Teka are finally delivered for kitchen carpentry in the next 1-2 weeks.

Defects list!

1) Paint works

2) Poorly aligned Kitchen floor spring

3) Mixer taps to be swopped between MBR and common bathroom

4) Poorly aligned window locking mechanism

5) Scratches on floor tiles (observation to continue)

6) Poor alignment of bathroom glass door

7) Badly maintained taps

8) Badly laid tiles (see video to differentiate)

(1-4 seconds is well laid tile, 5-8 second is poorly laid tile and is lower pitched)

Hi wenniee

We opt for double glazed window as it is sound proof. Our place is rather noisy and we only installed those windows in our bedrooms.
