Of Pe Endorsement, Hacking & Haulage

Hi everyone,

A good day to you all..... My ID is about to commence the reno works on my unit. I requested to hack walls in BR2 & BR3 for a wardrobe ( in MBR ) and a glass wall respectively. He quoted the following :

PE endorsement : $600

Hacking of walls : $700 ( he said Blk 79 has designated hackers ? )

Haulage : $900

I can accept the PE & hacker charges but the haulage charge is exorbitant !

Any comments anyone??

Haulage fee is fixed, but PE fee can be lower (confirmed)

didn't know that blk 79 has designated hackers, what it means? My wall is hacked by my own ID workers if I am not wrong.

Hi there...thks for the reply. My ID is Max's Image. Met up with them yesterday and you are right about the haulage fee ( $900 for 4R & $1100 for 5R ) being fixed. I have also accepted the PE fee ( already paid ) & hacking charges ( be it HDB designated or not ).
