Stereobox 0 Report post Posted February 18, 2008 hi guys!any review on this gorgeous egg-shape 6-seater dining table from IKEA? thinking of getting 1 for my kitchen/dining area, but am afraid may be too big for it.i'm staying at a 91 square-meter 4-rm hdb, where the kitchen is the traditional long rectangular type (approx 2.9m x 6.95m)thx in advance! keltong 4 Report post Posted February 19, 2008 I believe this is the dimension, L237xW102, H74cm.So it will take 1/3 of your kitchen excluding chair, which if at both end may take up another up to 1m. So ended up you may have a very (very) small kitchen. So depending on your needs, but the table will be too long for my liking. You may not have much space for kitchen cabinets, plus all the things you need to put in like fridge, hood, hob, oven, sink, etc... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Yah the kitchen is big but to put this table in it will take up much space as mentioned by keltong. My ktchen is similar like yours and I am just putting a simple square dinning table.
