How deep e false ceiling, i'm sure ur ID/contractor wil b able 2 advise u.Fyi, finished floor to underside of ceiling, clear height is min. 2400mm.False ceiling is priced at $$$ x per sq feet. (Includes materials & labour, excludes light holders, fixtures & installation)On y it is call 'grey' area, i gues its bcos, although it is clearly stated in e hdb reno guidelines, some ppl stil do it secretly. By rite canot, by left ppl do. Once get caught, both sides olso in trouble. On 'wil e cement plaster on ceiling peel off overtime'? i gues it will.mayb u wana checkout ->HDB Flat General Renovation GuidelinesHDB Flat Electrical Renovation Guidelines Edited February 18, 2008 by jaCKY777
