tanwk 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2008 HiI've just joined and this is my first post. I've just bought a resale apartment and overall, it is in a good condition. The paintwork looks clean and new and I'm wondering if I could save some $$ by not giving a new coat of paint. If so, I will just keep it.hmm, a bit off topic... most psychiatrist(psychology) dont condemn fs.to them, a person who bought this so-called fs item or does certain things to enhance fs.the bottom line is, as long as the person feels happy about it.
