Yes my is the 4rm Premium Flat, with floor area 93m2i got from the En-bolc at Boon Lay.Yes the whole unit floor finishes done up by HDB, with all piping and wiring conceal.Both Bathrooms nicely done up too.All the units, 5rm and 4rm got the same 'looks'. premium flat.Contractor comfirmed, ground breaking this Sat.think will start work next week.The HDB contractor just inspect my house defects in the morning.
