GoalHome 1 Report post Posted February 20, 2008 Looking from investment POV, the ROI on a 3rm flat is much higher.Eg. rental income on a approx 200k 3rm unit = $1.2k - $1.5k; whereas say for instance a 500k exec unit, the rental rate is between $2k - $2.5k.Also taking into consideration the loan/CPF interest if any. Ya. Know the pros and cons of 3rm 4rm. Just curious why people looking to buy 3rm or 4rm recently.Is it a mkt situation or personal preference?thanks. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
