25+ Yr Old 3 Rooom For 50k Cov - Good Buy?

Looking from investment POV, the ROI on a 3rm flat is much higher.

Eg. rental income on a approx 200k 3rm unit = $1.2k - $1.5k; whereas say for instance a 500k exec unit, the rental rate is between $2k - $2.5k.

Also taking into consideration the loan/CPF interest if any.

Ya. Know the pros and cons of 3rm 4rm. Just curious why people looking to buy 3rm or 4rm recently.

Is it a mkt situation or personal preference?
