well if really depends on what you want. as in:

1) themes of ur house

2) fixture items like kitchen cabinet, walk in waredrobe, feature wall etc etc

3) materials like the brands of the laminated for cabinet

4) lighting point/air-con points/cable point)

5) tiles (different brand, size and range)

so quite hard to tell the price range. you can try to plan ur floor plan like that you want for your theme. if you are unsure get a few quotation from ID or contractor. you will know at least the range of the prices. and also the theme and the design which you would want.
