spam chop !! :D

wah your unit is VERY challenging wor

if given a choice i'd go for sofa at the window/br3 wall and tv between sofa and dining

coz i feel that dining table should be near the kitchen

Sometimes really dont understand why hdb they built a slanted living room. Cant the living room make it straight? Just to save space?

i like A best coz of fengshui reasons

if you not into it then B is pretty good, but dining table near the door?

that means near the smelly shoes leh :D

dining table + smelly shoes doesnt mix well..

despite the slanted design, i have more option as im able to shift furniture now n then...

Take A's dining table location plus B's sofa n TV location?

but cyanide, the floorplan looks more slanted than the actual flat right?

gd idea also... but the middle of the living might be a bit cramp...

yup... the floorplan looks more slanted.... its actually long n narrow living room... whereas the unit next door is the mirror image but living is short n wide...

that's why don't think B & C is good

coz both the dining table also very near the door :)

maybe you want to consider hacking away the kitchen wall so that the dining table can take the place of the wall

something like a island

as for the sofa, i still like it against a wall coz i'm a pantang person

i like to sit where there's a kao shan :deal:

wow, your layout is really a challenge...

I'd go for A but maybe move the dining a bit closer to the living

Although a bit cramp, it's not too near the entrance.. just my personal preference

If I am not wrong, sometimes its a design of the architecture. Cos when u see from top. it maybe look like Eg. Flower? or a circle or something. If u haf the Sector A WIS booklet. Take a look at Sembawang blk 400+. They got this layout too..
