Please Advice On Cj Ambience

Recommended Posts

hi elephant,

thanks for ur compliments. and as per wat ahweewee mentioned, she'd answered most of ur questions and i concur

(btw we r not related)

just for e record, e tile selection in my MBR was chosen by Adrian. in our quote, we were given tiles of price up to S$3.50/sqf.

the rose colored tiles in our MBR toilet cost abt S$11/psf n it was recommended by Adrian. so morale behind e story is that he

is a flexible guy to work with, many give n take. like since he propose a more expensive tile for e MBR toilet, we also do our

part by selecting slightly cheaper tiles for the other area to make up e difference.

on another note, for my electrical works, i did not engage his usual electrician. but he still very professional and still co-ordinated

nicely w my electrician in terms of schedule n scope of works. based on this, i have to salute his professionalism n attitude.

my carpentery should be going up on 1st week of Jan. cos next week will be mainly painting n marble polishing + parquet varnishing.

well, after ur hunt, and if u r more/ less selecting CJ, u can always arrange w Adrian to visit my place. no worries about that. as for e

price for my reno, it a bit sensitive n i'll pm u :)

Hello everbody,

HAHA, something happened over the long weekend, we started to shift some of our barang barang from our old place to the new place. Carelessly, the movers scratched 3 deep marks on the wall of the staircase. Looks as if Wolverine visited our place. Thinking of doing some D.I.Y touch-up, my lovely hubby worsen the situation as the patch he painted was of different tone! No choice, called Adrian for help on sunday. Painter was here today to solve the situation. Greatest news to us is that it is of no additional cost to us!

To those who are still looking for an ID, he is really highly recommendable! Can talk one!

Merry X'mas & Happy New Year!

Lynn

hi everyone,

1stly, thank you brother batman for sharing your quote from adrian.

however, i think it might be a little hard to compare quote for condo and quote for hbd.

can anyone share with me a resale 4 room's quote from him?

felt its better to compare apple to apple.

merry christmas!

Hi all,

After getting various quotations from different IDs and hearing/reading all the good comments on Adrian, we have just signed up with him!!!! Indeed his quotation was not the cheapest among the quotes. It was a tough decision between him and another contractor who was much cheaper but beside the cost, it's was the "comfort feeling" that made us signed up with him.

Anyway wish us luck and i'm crossing my fingers that we will have the same pleasant experiences that you guys had with Adrian.

Will update once we have any more status.

Cheers,

Skywire

bro sky,

i'm sure Adrian will be able to deliver. i'm another satisfied customer just like mengliang. reno, like any other project, will have its ups n downs. just like we also often quarrel w our partners from tiem to time don't we? hehe

bro elephant,

do get a few more quotes from other IDs to compare. that will be e best. like many others, it really all boils down to how comfortable u work w ur ID :)

Hey Guys,

My Hub and I are very satified with CJ Ambience too!

I must admit that I am a difficult customer, he keeps his cool and tries to fulfill all our request.

He is a flexible person, he tried to help where ever he can like initiate to box-up our aircon pipes (without additional cost).

I heard abt alot of horror stories abt IDs from the forum and those around me but i am really happy that my unit is in safe hands wo much worries!

Keep it up Adrian. Keep up the momentum! Please so not let those who support you down.

Cheers,

i'm curious what actually attracts everyone here to engage him? just wanna make sure not to make a wrong move.

Hi Elephant,

My reno will start after CNY. Just got the 3D drawings from Adrian and still reviewing them.

Yeah, you are right. His quote is not the cheapest among the quotes that i got. What we did was review the quote itself, list down what are the must-have and good-to-have and try to work within the budget. Also, you may want to talk to adrian and give him your budget and see if he is able to work with it.

I had bad experience with CJ Ambience. Please be careful with them.

A lot of promises but later hidden cost, slow progress...

I agree Adrian is nice guy to talk in the beginning, but some of their ID sucks....

Becareful.
