Would like to find out how much or wat is the market rate for a not so new ID to design your house for you? The ID i mean is just to do designing and contractor will find our own kind. hmmm.... Thanks.

It'll depend on the scope of work required.

Wat you mean by not sure new ID? im terms of more experience or totally no experience.

If i understand you correctly, You want the ID to design for you, provide drawings, you find your own contractors and the ID to coordinate all the work.

Not sure if IDs would like to coordinate with external contractors. 1 or 2 maybe ok, but if all are external contractors, dun think most would want to do that. IDs usually have their own contractors.
