Eubiq System

Recommended Posts

HI,

Just wondering anyone's seen or installed the Eubiq System. It's an alternative source and nicer looking too from the normal power points we have.

Thanks.

me using it in the kitchen

very handy esp for my mum coz all she has to do is twist, instead of pulling the socket out everytime she wants to use an appliance :dribble::notti:

Could I ask were you bought the Eubiq track and adapters? Did you have to order it from the company directly, or is it available in any retail store?

Thanks! :)

i got mine at home-fix ikea, 5% off with ikea friend's card

heard from skywolf that there's a promotion of 10% discount now, but without installation

if you are into DIY, can just buy and install yourself, no need to pay the installation fee of $40

looks easy to do, maybe i'll try to DIY next time

only thing is the adapters, a track comes with 3 of it

each extra one will cost an additional $30+ :sport-smiley-004:

if you're into DIY, get the rewirable plugs

they are cheaper, slightly less than $30

all you need to do is replace the normal plugs with the rewirable ones

it's really simple, even i can do it :good:

great for kitchen appliances you won't plug anywhere else e.g. rice cooker, microwave oven etc

rewirable plug - you replace the 'normal' plug of the appliance with this

P13.jpg

adapter - no need to replace anything, just plug the 'normal' plug into this

this is the one that comes with the track, three of them

concept_system2.jpg

if you have the moolah, you can even consider replacing the entire unit's sockets with the eubiq socket :dancingqueen::notti:

i've gotten it partly for the looks, and partly for the ease of switching off, and of course the possibility of plugging many appliances at the same time

i'd say this product makes my mum's life (at the same time ours') much easier

she used to have problems pulling out the plug to use another appliance, and we'll have to do it for her

with this, all she needs to do is twist !! !!

oh dear, then guess the thomson plaza 10% is a good deal :sport-smiley-003:
