For SB-er EA, the biggest prob is the curve MBR, u can either do a platform, a curved makeup table or place something 'hopefully useful there'. I should be putting a chair there like wat you are doing.. That corner is quite wasted.. Who is ur ID and how much is ur damage??I'm signing my lease today!.. but may not be starting my reno so soon..
