New Nest @ Sembawang

Recommended Posts

:good: YO~! After spent long brain-cell-killing time in researching, discussion, negotiation... finally put my name onto the reno contract on the last day of 2007. Hope everything will be going smoothly in the new year! :good:

Will learn to post pics here after I take some photos of the original look of my new nest.

Can't wait to see the reno progress... hee...

WAH your service balcony looks big, and there's no stupid pipes too :dribble:

big pipes hidden behind the wall, just couldn't see them in the pic only...

it's abt 7ft X 4ft, not sure if it's really big, but sure big enough to put washer there, and hang cloth when it's raining outside. :good:

mine is about the same size as well, but my pipes are right smack in the middle of the yard :dribble::notti:

so very difficult to put things, and definitely can't put a normal sized washer and dryer side-by-side 8|

saw pic from other thread, can't remember where, front loading washer and dryer stacked together. u may consider, or hv to give up dryer.

i went for a small washer, 40cm wide but 5kg load only

can't stack coz of the gas heater :curse::D
