Guys,

Need advice from you guys, what is the preferable area to purchase HDB resale flat that is close to Alexandra Point? Bukit Merah, Telok Blangah, Harbour Front, Tiong Bahru? Which one is nearer, good and bad, and what is roughly their building age and valuation? Thanks a lot!
