Zc31 0 Report post Posted December 22, 2007 Hi guys, thinking of buying this resale flat after many failed attempts at the balloting.Some info.Bukit Batok, 10mins or less to walk to mrt, coffeeshop opp the street and within the compound of a stone throw away got mini mart and small food centre. Flat is occupied less then 4yrs, move in condition with built in cupboard, fale ceiling, feature wall to hide bomb shelter, etc. Falt sitting on N to S direction with totally unblocked view, even next block also can see the interior of this unit.Area space 92qm.
