Waiting Time

Hi,

I just got my first appt on 4th Feb. Can anyone please advise how long I'd have to wait before handing over of the keys? Have also asked the seller if possible to move out earlier and so far no violent objections

official handing over of keys is during the 2nd appt, which was about 6 weeks after the first.
