Roughly, what kind of partition is cheapest and is able to hold a door.hi daa,If i am not wrong, you already hack the wall and trying to seal up with a partition with a door.Need to check with HDB to see you can go that with juz a partition.Assume you already gotten the approval, the partition can be made from compressed wood, cheaper. For a 3 ft, it cost about $400 ~ $500, depends on the thickness.
daa 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2007 Nono, this is a Corner 3room flat.. You mean the wall will cost $400-$500 or every 3 feet it cost $400-$500?Application from HDB will be done by contractor right?

daa 0 Report post Posted December 23, 2007 grey area is the area to be enclosed.need 1 fake wall to make it a "rectanangle" the fake wall is about 13 feet, roughly how much will it cost?
applefreak 1 Report post Posted December 23, 2007 hmm 13ft is about 3.9m, are you sure the distance is that much???usually partition is made of particle boardbut in order to hold up the door, don't think particle board can make itto withstand the daily opening and closing of doors, a concrete wall is the best choice
daa 0 Report post Posted December 23, 2007 i'm sure it's about 13 feet.. do you know the pricing for particle board and concrete wall?
