renovaions starts 26 NOV 2007. :dunno:

Summary:-

A three room flat in AMK

A complete overhaul

the living room will be extended about one metre to the kitchen,

the master bedroom will be extended about 50 cm+- to the guest bedroom

the kitchen will end up smaller

the guest bedroom will be converted to a WIW

edit- transfer my blog over to here and will close my blog- this is much more interactive......

Hi Ongfam,

Came across ur t-blog fews days ago and since then been checking it out everyday :-) can't wait to see your progress esp the "SNOW WOLF LAKE" tiles... more pic can? please....

I'll be starting my reno in 2 weeks' time and my floor plan is the same as yours :-) will not change the layout as extensively as yours cos I have to keep the other room intact :-( now in the process of confirming the design, choosing tiles/laminates/kitchen top/colours etc. Also learning how to start my own t-blog :deal:

Btw, can share how much your ID is charging you for changing the whole house window/grilles and plastering all walls? I have added these 2 items after I confirmed the package and think I was quoted on the high side (though his other reno items are very reasonable).
