understand that HDB provides Cement Screeding for free for new HDB flats.

But may i enquire what is it exactly and where do we need it?

Go to your Branch office to fill a form and attach your padlock key. Don't give them your main gate & door key for security. It takes about 3 ~4 weeks to get the screeding done. Is free.

Go to your town council branch office. Where is your new place, i help you to check.

You ask the staff for cement screeding form. She will know what to get for you. Is a simple form to fill.

cement screeding is a form of preparing the floor

it's usually done ONLY if you are doing laminted flooring or painted floor

if you intend to lay tiles it's a
