Hi everyone, im starting my reno next march. Currently looking for a reliable and good ID for my EC. We paid a visit to Picket & Rail and like the Goodrich wallpaper they carry. Thus, we had a meetup with 1 of their ID, a lady by the name of Denise. Paid $188 for a floorplan layout design, sketches as well as a material board.

Anyone has prior reno done by the above mentioned company and ID? Other recommendations are welcome.

Merry chirstmas in advance!

They are more in funiture making than interior design. Should look for ID firm instead.

Hmm, actually, me and my wifey went to P&R to take a look at their furnitures. Dont really like their furnitures design, but like their wallpaper they have at their showroom.

Thus we made an appointment with their designer few days later. The name card stated "styling consultant". Is it the same as ID?

As ours is an EC, all floorings, toilets, windows, kitchen, wardrobes for all rooms already done. MBR we have already signed up a package for it which includes the bedframe+dresser+featurewall.

Roughly how much is the market rate for doing up, in total, for the following items?

Living room (TV console with feature wall + LCD TV mounting)

False ceiling (simple) for living room only + lighthings for all rooms (3 bedrooms + living + 2toilets + kitchen)

Study room (desk, simple storage on 1 wall, do up bay window ledge)

Some simple wallpapers (maybe on the living room's feature wall and 1 wall of the study room) + a full height mirror at 1 corner of the wall.

Is $10k enough?

Thanks for reading.
