saw ur t-blog and realize that you have air con fixed in ur living/ dining area and the trunking is nicely done.

can check how u got the aircon man to run the trunking??? Coz i haf been to a few flat with aircon, the trunking r so ugly and ruin the deco.

Jazznpop, u r the first to say my trunking nice leh... LOL.. The aircon man hide all the trunking in the rooms.. Good thing is living room and foyer totally no trunking.. only in the bedroom.. Next time if can arrange, u come to take a look at my house loh..

Still at $35k plus aircon and electrical works.. not much change to cost but more of change to design..

Hi Binzz...so the aircon man do all the trunking for you or you tell them where to go for the trunking?

I just imagine that next time if I install the aircon, do I need to be there to supervise or my id/contractor?

Another thing, where you put your air con in the MBR? Notice your air con in one of the bed room is on top of the door. Is your MBR air con also on top of the door?

ur carpentry start work at factory already? (mine started work at factory already,but need to wait till next week then install)

ask u ah, normally they took 1week+ to do the carpentry at factory right?

We had a site meeting, where my ID arranged for the aircon man down to advise us which aircon system suits us and how to run the trunking. The aircon man will then point to us how he will run the trunking and if we say ok, then they will go ahead.. At tat time, we decided to take his suggestion..

I had put the picture showing my aircon in the MBR above also ah.. For MBR, its not above the door..

Thanks Yang Guo, my carpentry start work at factory already, it should start anytime this week.. It takes about 2 weeks for the workshop to produce the carpentry.. My BR2 & 3 lights cost $200 each.. Cos can change into 3 types of lighting..

is it 3 lights?. Wow.. that means yours have LED lights that type!. can change colour one right?!

We only have 2 type of lights, the small orange halogen light and the normal white light.

So how much u bought your lights? Same as mine for how much?? Sure cheaper, cos we know we abit kena carrotted..
